i was wondering what site is the best now that party's closed for 1/2-2/4 LO8????im guessing it's between FT and Stars right?thx.wood

absolute always has games running. a word of warning....they are not soft. full tilt doenst have lo8 very often. i have no idea about stars.

Absolute Poker Network has them running and while as antistuff said the games are not soft, the bonus makes up for it. Full Tilt generally only has one table running for a given limit, once again the games aren't that donkish there either. Poker Stars has games, but often they only have 6 max tables going. I can't for the life of me understand why Bodog doesn't have any going. You can always geta pot limit game there, the bonus is good but the limit tables are just dead. Oh well, hopefully that will improve.

the absolute games are full of rocks. don't play there unless you're content with breaking even or know the game well enough to pick the right spots to bluff. however, if you catch a full ring player HU or at a shorthanded table starting up, you can run over them.FT's 3/6 games are ok, but no one's totally clueless.stars is probably where to go for LO8. 3/6, 5/10, 10/20, 15/30 are all very juicy most of the time.

Just started playing 2/4 games at Absolute and they ARE pretty tough. The 1/2 games are not as frequent, but I think they're beatable.

If you suck, look for a guy named Predator06 on PS or FTP and sit with him. If you are good, I'd consider Absolute

Ft has been wavering between rockville for full tables and gambOOOOOOl for the 6-max.If you can handle the swings, hit up the 6-max tables.
