I really don't like the c/c on the flop. I prefer a lead, or at least a c/r.As played, I would lead $8 on the turn to find out where we are and to make other draws pay.As played, I lead $5 on the river, which may get called by some manner of 2 pair/set.

My position in this hand sucks. Should I even be completing here?I figured yes, for the suited ace alone.By checking (which I did again on the river) I hoped that one of those2 pair or set hands would try a bet around half pot or something, and I would have just called. Nothing worse than having low straight in PLO and paying off a guy with the nuts...

I like completing preflop. Being OOP in Omaha sucks, but you're getting 9/1.On the river, I don't think someone would bet out with two pair as often as they would call a bet with two pair.If you bet the river, you only get raised if you are against 73 or 87, and I would have expected those hands to bet the turn.

That's the problem though. Air could raise me here, and I'd have no choice but to fold. Look at the stack size of MP1. He could easily take this pot from me by repotting anything I bet. By keeping the pot small-ish, I can still call here on the river if somebody puts a bet in.(that was my thought process anyway)

Deal with a raise if and when it comes. If you think he would raise with air then go ahead and bet out anyway. I don't see that either of them can have 73 or 87 very often here, if ever. If MP1 is a tricky player and will raise on a bluff, you will be getting at least 2/1 on a call.I really don't think anything less than a straight leads out here generally if you check, but there are a lot of hands you are beating that can call a bet.
