So this weekend I went on two College visits, BU and Brandeis. The Colleges(technically universities) were nice, but Brandeis was by far superior. I've decided to apply ED to Brandeis. Anyway, Odds are I'll be able to play soccer there. I watched them beat Colby-Sawyer 9-0 on Sunday, so they look good.

However, I did learn some things about Boston this weekend:

1. BU doesn't have a campus. It's just there. You drive, and you hit BU. It's kinda weird.

2. Boston has the best Lobsters and Oyster's on the planet. Legal Seafoods is the best restaurant.

3. Most importantly, DON'T DRIVE IN BOSTON!!!!!!!!! The Hotel concierge said this to me while I was there. First off, people in Boston can't drive to save their lives. They run red lights, Block intersections, and cut you off. Secondly, the road system SUCKS. Every street is one way. I was 2 blocks from my hotel, and it took me nearly half an hour to get to my hotel.

Besides the last lesson, Boston is awesome. Comment, Flame, go ahead. Here's the picture of me about to eat a 3 pound Lobster (No, I do not look like Ted Forrest):

I'm from a close suburb and lived in the city for a year after school.

Going to college in Boston is one of the best decisions you'll ever make. I'm extremely jealous.

To me lobster looks like a giant cockroach on your dinner plate. I'm probably the only person who grew up in Boston who doesn't eat seafood.

Did you go to the legal seafoods at the prudential center?

I've walked by that place, but I always ended up eating at Atlantic Fish Co.

There is also a 50/50 chance that I have those two mixed up.

I always get a lobster when I'm in Boston. Soooooo good.

Yes, this is the one at the prudential center. I liked the Oysters. They were some of the freshest things I'd ever eaten.

FYP.

To the OP:

Good luck with college. Applying early is a good idea, and I'm glad you found a place you seem to like.

Thank you, but I wouldn't be caught dead in Abercrombie & Fitch. That's my England warm up from England that I can't get dirty.

Nice Avatar.
