In California if you have a 'friendly' doctor you can get a prescription for less serious conditions, like an eating disorder, or even a fake eating-disorder.

not saying this wont allow free-er smoke, but yall do realize that no state can supercede a federal law

It’s already legal to have an a small amount here in Denver – but seriously, how many people that just smoke have ever been arrested/caught by the cops for it?!?

feb 1999 i was 18, 3/4oz. i'm white and it was my 1st offense so i did some court program and got it expunged

yeah and I did for 30 days, but then I realized that I was just turning to alcohol because so I went back to smoking weed. I think weed is probably better for me than booze.
I am giving it up again though, I am taking a leave of absense from my job, the only reason I smoke is because I hate my job and now that will be gone, WOOOT

Didn't they vote on this a couple years ago and it failed because noone showed up at the polls? I'm pretty sure the voter turnout was something reprehensible... something like 40%.
One day out of the year all the stoners needed to get off their lazy aces and they couldn't do it.

voter turn out in 40% range would be record breaking, they rarely rise about 20% in a non-presidential year.
