It's early in the season, but not too early to start talking about the winningest divisions in the AHL:

Eddie Shack West: 32 points. Led by the 5-0 Shoot Loose. Surprisingly, expansion Dirty Trix is the only team with a losing record in the division, and they are 2-3.

Eddie Shack East: 24 points. The Rug Rats have come out of the gate strong at 4-1. If the bottom feeding Mustangs could pull their weight this division might have some more points.

Tiger Williams North: 23 points. Led by a strong tandem of the Greaseballs and the Big M's who share a combined record of 8-2. The Dawgs have been dissappointing at 1-3-1 early in the season while the Blackdraft is right where they expected to be at 0-5.

Tiger Williams South: 22 points. The Screamin' Eagles are perennial slow starters in the AHL, but a 3-2 start has gotten them off to a better start than they'd had in previous seasons. The Swackers appear ready to challenge for the AHL title as they get out of the gate at 4-1. Smokin T-Birds surprise at 2-3, but what is to be said about the lowly Ravag. Fans have to upset with the GM's poor showing at the draft, wasting away lots of money by not spending it on a player. They could have just taken Jagr and Sakic and went home if they were late! That silly mistake will haunt this team all season long as it looks for it's first win.
