12 people in 20 man tourney blinds 25/504 limpers to me in BB i raise to 250 with JJ, i limper calls, 1 goes allin for 450, button calls, i go allin for 1400, first limper folds, button calls(how now has about 1500 left)Me; JJButton; KT.....they werent even soooooootedother guy AKsflop; Q, J(horray) 9.....****tunr...3, river.....7only like the 50th beat like this one in the past weekend....*sigh*maybe i overplayed um.....but i cant fold preflop and you cant get away from that board

I guess he figured he could take out 2 people with leaving him money left even if he lost... K-10 is not that bad of a hand... not good but not bad either so it didnt matter if it were suited or not. Plus he already had money in the pot so I guess he just figured he were pot commited even though he wasnt. You just got lucky/unlucky on the Flop. This really isnt a bad beat...

I'd rather play a 67 against 2 all ins than a KT. With a KT, it's too likely that one of your cards is dead. At least 67 gives you 2 live cards most of the time. Bad beats from players like this suck, but hey, it's dead money unless they get stupid lucky, so be glad. In a homegame last night, I saw a guy call 2 very large all ins in front of him with..... J2, offsuit.
