flopped low straight, rainbow board. how to play?

4 or 5 handed play. Forgot which since people kept leaving/joining. Somewhat loose cash game. 1-2 blinds. I have about 100 in chips.Cutoff limps, I look down at 7-6 offsuit on the button and limp (hasn't been a lot of preflop raising). SB folds, BB checks. Cutoff can be kind of random, but was pretty solid today. BB is somewhat loose and doesn't understand the concept of pot odds.Flop comes 8-9-10 rainbow. The pot is 7. BB bets 5, cut offcalls 5, I reraise to 17. BB calls, cutoff folds. There's 46 in the pot now and I have about 80 left.Turn is an offsuit 3. Pretty nice having a straight on a rainbow board. I bet 20 into a pot of 46, he calls. Pot is 86 and I have 60 left.River is a Q for a final board of 8-9-10-3-Q. Bad card. My opponent moves me all in for my last 60. I ended up calling it off. What would you have done?

I might have just moved in on the turn. Or made a big bet relative to the size of the pot. Let him know that I have a big hand already. I don't want him drawing cheaply to his bigger straight, and I mostly just want what's in the middle with the sucker end of the straight. After you let him hit his open ender, you really have to just take your medicine and fold on the river. It seems pretty clear that he was drawing to the bigger straight, and he hit it on the river.
