14 Left, 40k Guaranteed

Hey guys, this happened to me a little while ago. Party 40k guaranteed, about 2700 entrants left, down to 14. First pays 10k, 14th pays 350 bucks. Blinds at 15k/30k with a 1500 ante, I'm sitting with a little over 250k(about average). In the big blind, utg+2 (who I don't have much information on) min-raises. I'm in the big blind and call with 9h10h. Flop comes 7h-8s-2d. Raiser bets 60k, what is your move for me?

Fold. You're in good chip position with not many to go to the final table. No need to piss away any more of your stack on a weak draw.Obv, one more heart in that flop and you push.

Whats his stack? I'm likely open pushing this flop and taking the play away from him.Also, more words of wisdom, don't call these min raises if you do not like these sorts of flops. You will always be out of position. You have to be the aggressor, late tons of players try to blind steal with minraise after minraise.

Starting pot is $52K seven handed so your M is 5.Once you call the min-raise, pushing the flop to get maximum fold equity is a play that I would seriously consider. If he folds, great. If he calls, I have at least eight outs plus a backdoor flush draw.What was villian's stack size as I'm assuming that he's not pot committed after his min-raise

Even if he is pot committed this is still the right line. This flop was ideal, checking it is super weak, and betting too little where the PF aggressor might raise us to try and steal the pot away would kind of suck.We want the money in the middle, we are willing to gamble our stack with it, but much moreso if he has to call 190K into a 70kish pot.

I was thinking of folding to the minraise preflop if villain was pot committed preflop although 2.5-1 is hard to pass up with a suited connector. If villain's stack is short, not sure that we have the implied odds to call preflop even with the great pot odds.As played, I agree that open pushing is the right thing to do.

Edit: On the flop, raiser didn't bet 60k, I was first to act and open pushed. He insta called with k-7, so I was a slight favorite and bricked out. I just couldn't get this hand out of my head. Another note, the raiser had the same stack as me.

Wow. That's a really insane call. He had to put you on missed overs? I don't even know. I think he didn't even go through the process of putting you on something, I think he said, I hit the 7, I win, and called. Anyways, I like the way you played it if you open pushed, I think it's the sound play to make.
