Hey all, HAs anyone gone to play the satelites. I am going this Friday to play the $600 dollar satelite and it says it is a noon start. Anyone play and what time should we arrive?PS. does anyone know if Daniel is playing in this event?

Yeah. The $600 Satellite is the only 20 person satellilte they ofer. All the other are 10 person fields. So unfortunately that has meant it has taken some time to get them started in the past. They operate them as Sit and Go's so once the list is full and the people are seated then away you go.You can also play the cash ring games either while you wait or after you are done. The most popular game there is $5/$5nl but on a Friday night/afternoon you will find everything ($1/$2, $2/$5,$5/$10,$10/$25nl plus lots of limit games).Good luck.

Thanks for the info CUe. What time should I get there on Friday?I mean is it buzy all through out. I am in Toronto , Thinking of getting there for 9 am? Did you play in the 20 man satelite? Anyway Good luck if you are trying to get in as well.

Registration for all of the WPT Satellites begins at noon.The final Step 1 $90 satellite will be October 17th.The final Step A $160 satellite will be October 19th.The final Step 2 $640 satellite will be October 20th.The final Step B $1,200 satellite will be October 25th.From October 19th until October 25th, Fallsview will be running more Step B $1,200 satellites more often.Good Luck!!

Hey Guys, Thanks for the responses.Wayne, I called the room and you guys are right. Registration begins at noon but they said come a little early as there could be line ups. Looks like 20 players and first gets the automatic seat. 2nd gets an entry into the 10 man $1200 sng. 3rd place gets a re entry into the same event. Good Luck to all.PS. Daniel this is a question for you. We are FCP members and is there any incentive if we wear your Logo's and make the final table? Not to sound greedy But I was just wondering?

I'll be at Fallsview all day Sat....most likely just in the cash game, as my BR is not yet stable enough for $600 satellite's

Cemo and anyone else who played satellites, I was wondering how everyone has done. I went up this past Tuesday/Wednesday and played in the $160 satellites. I played in 1 and got 4th. Tried another one Tuesday night and got 2nd, winning another seat in a $160. I played Wednesday afternoon and won that tourney, thus giving me an entry into the $1200 satellite. I was there this past weekend, Fri/Sat/Sun, and played in the $1200 satellite and won it, so I am going to be in the main event for a $320 investment. Looking forward to testing my game in the Big Show

I love casino niagara, its much better than fallsview, theres a lot more sharks at fallsview than niagara. Plus that 5$ fee per half hour sucks. I will be making a return there soon.

Hey Budda, Congrats man!That is awesome that you made it in.I will be playing another 1200 satelite this weekend as I finished 2ndin the 600 event and won a free entry into the 1200 dollar satelite.I love Fallsview Casino, it has a real VEgas Look. Good Luck andhope to see FCP represented!ps. Budda, is there time to play in the 1200 event as my event went by way too quick. Couldn't really get a chance to shoot.

I think so. 2500 chips, 30 minute blinds, and they start at 25-25. My tournament lasted almost 4 hours. Good luck with the satellite.

Hey 13cards, I know I could probably look this up on the net but how can I sign up for the Canadian Poker Open? Do I have to go to Niagara in person? and is it too late to sign up the morning of?Thx.PS Will you be able to enter the tourney?
