Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t600 (3 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver Cards)

Button (t5205)
SB (t7685)
DeerNHeadLights (t7110)

Preflop: DeerNHeadLights is BB with , .
1 fold, SB raises to t1200, DeerNHeadLights calls t600.

Flop: (t2400) , , (2 players)
SB bets t1000, DeerNHeadLights calls t1000.

Turn: (t4400) (2 players)
SB bets t2000, DeerNHeadLights calls t2000.

River: (t8400) (2 players)
SB bets t2910, DeerNHeadLights calls t2910.

Final Pot: t14220

Raise flop ?
Fold anywhere?

Last rotation, I pushed all in over his min pf raise
I've been a fold/push bot
Shown down all strong hands.
Lost JJ vs 55 or we'd be HU now.

So, it's really rare for me to call down (in his eyes)

Raise flop seems obvious.
He may fold overs here.
I'm pot committed if I raise
I improve on turn..push?

to me, it's aonther case of "If I"m ahead on flop, he's probably 25% or so to win. do I make more letting him bet.

My read was he would bet because he sees me fold so much post flop.

help

Raise the flop.
Not close.
Way to vulnerable.

I agree. I'm finding it hard to explain why. Middle cards + flush draw, I guess. AJ+ are in his range, and have many outs against your TP. You miss some value from overaggressive low pairs, but that's better than losing the pot versus AJ+ when an overcard hits.

For some reason, I have this feeling that villain has Q9 no clubs. Nice suckout. smile.gif
I should change this.

I smell an underpair, including a club and raise the flop.

Unfortunately it really reeks of 6c6x and he rivers the straight. If so, change your name to DeerUnderHummer

I played more passoive post flop in Limit than most any winnig player on here, and found I lost less when behind, and would get bet into by bluffs on river all the time.

I know in NL you can't give away all your chips hoping you are picking off bluffs; but man, it never ceases to amaze me what others will do when you act weak.

in this case, I really was "frozen" and didn't try to lure him in. The turn looked to good to fold..and then two pair on river, non club... and too much invested with those blinds
