The first one is soooo lame because they tried to take it seriously when they filmed it. 2 is the same movie as 1, but they got a sense of humor about it, so it was better. Of course Army of Darkness was the shiz. I love that flick. Conner (home sick from school today) is watching Back to the Future 2 right now. Oh and I loved Connery in the third Indiana Jones. Number 2 is my favorite, though, I think. It's hard to choose. Oh and the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland is a lot of fun. Link to post Share on other sites

Just because you have three movies with the same characters doesn't mean you have a trilogy. It should be one larger story broken out into three parts. Lord of the Rings would qualify, Indiana Jones would not.Of course, it's hard to write three movies not knowing if the second and third ones will ever be completed, so that list would be much shorter. The original Star Wars trilogy counts, Matrix probably counts. I can't think of any others off hand.But if we're talking about movie franchises, then I would throw The Godfather ('72, '74, '90), Die Hard ('88, '90, '95), Lethal Weapon ('87, '89, '92), and the Mariachi ('92, '95, '03) movies into the mix as well.
