im still not sold that many of these people that get these big online scores are winners when it comes to the live game, which, by the way, is real poker.

Wow... I went out.I was up to about 7500 in chips... then AK lost to JJ in a big pot preflop. I had a straight flush draw that lost to top two pair... and then A7 lost to KQ on a AQ7 board... runner runner straight.Oh well, you have to get lucky to win a tournament. Today's not the day.

QFT with a side of lawlI think you made it tough on yourself by checking the flop. I'm not so sure they would have led out against a decent sized bet.
I concur. Don't check. Check, Check, MP bets because of position not necessarily having anything and you don't know which one it is. If you bet out it's easier to find out where you are. If you bet out and then you get called and raised, I might then consider folding, thinking I'm up against a set and one overpair. UTG +1 checked the flop, so you would figure him for AK or something like that. If he had an overpair to yours, I can't see him checking it.
