Yeah it's a good show, I mean hey, it's James friggin Woods. However, the D.A. doesn't dress properly. Her outfits should be much tighter/skimpier if they want to own the 13-120 year old male demographic.

very enjoyable show. this whole new season of TV is a pleasant surprise. I am enjoying shark, studio 60, prison break and vanished. Jury is still out on Heroes.

This episode was actually the best one of the series so far. The second I'm all upset that every woman in a show like this who pursues a rapist has also been raped they reveal that Madelyn made the whole thing up to help convince her witness to talk.Also, since it's going to be clear that Julie is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt Woods will have to play dirty to get her off, which is what we all really want.

Actually, my dad has worked as a prosecuter for 15 years or so, and under some special circumstances they will call in a prosecuter immediately, mostly just to make sure the police don't screw up procedurally. Also, I'm thinking because this is a "special division," he's gonna get the call.
