Timinator99 0
Can we have some feedback on why the hand history function is broken more times than not? Is this something that is going to be addressed? It has gotten worse I'd say in the last week or two. It used to be that it was delayed and you received a message that the hand history has not been processed yet and to try back in a bit. Even this is unacceptable but somewhat bearable since it usually worked a few minutes later. But now it typically gives a message of "The hand history is currently not available". Now this comes up at any time and makes going previous/next in the hand history next to impossible. Note, this is a lot worse than it used to be. It used to be that if the history was processed you can page back and forth without issues. You'll also find that a hand history that was available a few minutes ago brings up this error if you hit refresh. Just not acceptable at all.I won't even go into the fact that the implementation is just not what a modern poker site should be. Just check any other poker site and their implementation is a million times better.

I spoke to the Network this morning about this and the previous and next hand feature should be back to working properly in the next day or two.
troyomac 0
It's not just the previous and next function that we need, but half the time I can't even get any HH to pop up. "Hand not found. Either the hand number was correct, or the hand is still being processed. Try again in a few minutes. "But in a few minutes the hand I wanted to check will be long gone anyway. I have tried hitting the refresh button like 5 times, but always give up.
FCP Bob 1,323
After how long Bob? I have tried hitting the refresh button like 5 times, but always give up.It depends on how long the delay is with the information being updated.Sometimes it might take a few seconds other times a few minutes. loonybird 0
It depends on how long the delay is with the information being updated.Sometimes it might take a few seconds other times a few minutes. This is a major annoyance. What does it take to get Ongame to address a problem like this?
Timinator99 0
It depends on how long the delay is with the information being updated.Sometimes it might take a few seconds other times a few minutes. The majority of the time it takes more than a minute. However, after about 10 secs its irrelevant. I'm onto focusing on different things by that time and it just doesn't matter if the hand comes up later. This implementation needs to be thought out better and made to work like other sites if you ask me.Can you let us know if there are any real changes in the works to make this function work like other sites?
