Name a hand worse than KJ that bets 2xpot on the river there.
bluff, 3 nines, lower straight??? same hand?i see what you're saying, though...do you think villian slow played a set until hitting the boat on the river?

He was the BB. He could have anything. He could easily have picked up a flush draw on the turn. He could have 93.The flush just hit AND the board paired. I don't know if there was a worse card in the deck that could have come on the river. Maybe the 10 :club: .I don't see why he would suddenly go crazy with a huge bet on a bluff, and if he has three 9s or a lower straight he cannot realistically get called by a worse hand.

I agree with simo here. Also the fact that you have to be right here very often when you make this call, turn this into a fold.
