webby9 0 Posted September 23, 2006 Share Posted September 23, 2006 this happened to me yesterday.. neteller installed new software and u have to do a few things to get it to work again. go to tools/internet options. delete cookies. then check your privacy, make sure it's set to medium. on the privacy tab there should be an edit or sites. click that. add/allow www.neteller.com ... reboot and that should fix your problem.hope that helps.
