the way stars works is: you can instantly cash back anything up to how much you've deposited onto the siteexample: I deposit $600 on stars today, 48 hours later I have $800 and I want to cashout, my first 600 will be cashed out instantly automatically back to my firepay account that i used to deposit with, then the next 200 takes longer because they go back and review to make sure there wasnt anything fishy you did to get the winnings.
