How Do I Get To Heaven?

So, if I acknowledge the Christ died for my sins and that he is the son of God, but don't really like him or God, do I still get into heaven?If I'm a Muslim, is it like Judaism where Heaven is the sum of faithfullness and good works, or is there something offerred by God or something I can do to assure salvation?Do Hindus and Buddhists just get re-incarnated a brazillion times or is there an eventual Nirvana? Everything else has some type of good deed or meditation type thing along with it.You can believe that Jesus died for your sins, but it doesn't really do any good unless you put complete faith into it. Meaning; if you've got complete faith in him, you probably won't be going around raping women and setting things on fire, so deeds naturally follow along, but aren't specifically required. Whether you're religious or not though, it's always good to help someone.
