Need to know what you guys feel is a solid amt. to play per day. I'm looking to get a little more structure in my poker game. I know alot depends on time and how long you can last, just looking for a round about. I usually find 500 is a pretty good number, is this too low...to high. Thanks for the help

I just got done with an 18 hour session for my class, so todays results are a lot higher, but my normal day will be 4 table, 7-8 Hours, 60 X 4 Hands per Hour. Thats what I plan on doing on "poker days".I guess a healthy sessions depends on # of tables played at a time.
