Pacific Poker Is Holding Me Ransom

Recommended Posts

Hello,Unfortunatly this is my first post ever. I don't know where to turn. I opened an account a long time ago on pacific poker. The account went dead a long time ago and I got out of online for a while. A month ago I opened a new one and over the last month I ran 200$ into $3200. Pacific froze my account two weeks ago and said they were forwarding the case to security. I can only contact them through e-mail and they are very slow in responding. So far they have asked and I have given them photo copies of my passport, driver's license, neteller information. They asked for my credit card information but I don't have one. Now in a new e-mail they are asking for bills and bank statements and they havn't even said if this will get my account opened. HELP :club: has anyone experienced this?Does Pacific sometimes just close accounts and keep the money?they are offshore just like every other online site what's to stop them from keeping everything?

never give all of you info like your drivers license and passport and banking statements to these people... you dont know if they are going to **** you over and rob you blind.... dont give them anything else and if they keep your money there is really nothing you can do....

Thats what I am getting at. If you are 22 now, then they probably realised that you were underage last time you signed up.OR,They think that you have 2 accounts, which technically you may have. Explain the situation to them (i.e. one account got closed down) and you should be ok.Why not ask whoever you speak to to be transferred to security or for security's number?

Unless you have been inconsistent with your information I would not be too worried, oftentimes online sites and neteller type sites will ask for certain information like you stated because they need proof of address as well as age and other things, just don't give valuable information like bank numbers and passwords and stuff.

I think they are asking for too much, and what they are asking for seems like they should already have....Make sure you are talking to them, not some scam artist...
Yup, sounds kinda fishy. Before giving information ask what you've done first. Hopefully you get your account and cash back.
