Have you ever used pokertracker before?It shouldnt be shocking.At low stakes hold em, it accounts for between 2 and 2.5BB/100.

I'd say it is killing you. Or at least raping you.I maintain slightly better than 2BB/100 and get the equivalent of between 105-110% rakeback. Which means i effectively win about 4.5BB/100. The notion that party games are MUCH easier is a myth. My winrate dropped about .5BB/100 when making the transition to absolute. It's been well worth my while to switch.
