I'll post the results after a few more responses.

You're pot committed, you have to call.Unfortunately, I think you will lose this hand.
Last night I stayed up late playing poker with Tarot cards. I got a full house and four people died.

I definitely call. You just have too much invested to fold. For the record though, I think you should have raised a little more pre-flop.

I was 50% committed, and if I folded I still could make a move with the chips I had. Maybe I was committed, but if I call and am losing, I only have 2 outs, and the pot isn't laying me that much. I had to be fairly confident that I was beat. Anyway, here's the rest of the hand: Tournament all-in showdown -- players show: calg21 shows 8d 8h. Bryan59731 shows Qc Qd.Still that was a tough laydown.

Just because she had a set doesn't mean you shouldn't always call there.

My guess is the all in has AQ, the caller has a diamond draw. You could definately be behind but you're pot commited. Call.

Thats a good point. Just because it turned out ok, doesnt mean it's the correct decision in the long run.Good news is that i'm still in the tournament right now, bad news I almost have no chips. Thanks for all the replies guys, gave me a little insight into the play, especially about raising more pf. At the time, I thought I was making a substantial raise, but looking at the numbers, it was really not that much.

I would've raised more preflop here. I understand that you want value for the your kings and not just the blinds + 500' date=' but you basically raised minimum here. A reraise to 1500 or 1800 most likely would've pushed out the limper, and isolated the guy with the queens. Unfortunately, this would've meant you'd be pot committed on the flop, and have to push in on the flop you saw. However, this is a risk you have to take every time you play a tournament, and pushing in with KK on a Q-high flop is something I'd do every day in tournament play. [/b']
