Take control of the hand, your hand is most likely best.At 1/2 or higher I would raise this pf on the button, but I have such little fold equity at these limits.On the flop if i raise, he might fold a J or a different complete bluff that he has. CoranMoran 0 Posted September 6, 2006 Share Posted September 6, 2006 Raise preflop for value.Make limpers pay!I occassionally call down passively against certain single opponents to mix things up.But you can never go wrong with raising the flop for value to make a weaker hand pay an extra bet.I think rasing the flop is better than waiting to raise until the turn which can get pricey if you are behind.--cm Link to post Share on other sites
