OK... Something I notice when I am playing cash games is I lose a lot of mid sized pots trying to play position. i tend to give up if my Cbet is called unless I got a great read on my oppo and I sometimes get caught in pots with vulnerable hands. Talk me through this as an example... Ok or weak hand overplayed? Villain is Semi Loose, aggressive in places and is involved in around 40% of pots. We hadnt tangled too much up until now.MP ($244.46)Hero ($592.30)SB ($477.60)BB ($428.90)UTG ($532.59)Preflop: Hero is Button with Qs, 9d. SB posts a blind of $2. 2 folds, Hero raises to $14, 1 fold, BB calls $10.Flop: ($30) 7d, Qh, Ts (2 players)BB bets $25, Hero raises to $60, BB calls $35.Turn: ($150) Qc (2 players)BB bets $75, Hero calls $75.River: ($300) 7h (2 players)BB Bets 279.90 All In, Hero calls $279.90.Final Pot: $857.30

You right, the hand given isnt a great example.I often find myself on this kinda flop, hitting, raising and if the raise or bet is called I dont know how to proceed. Like, while playing this, I wasnt hapy that I basically went into call down mode. I wondered if people would pop the turn again even though it basically commits me to playing for a buy in. I will find some other examples and re-post.

It looks to me like your passive line made you the most money on this hand. I would bet that he had something like A-10 or nothing at all. With A-10, the second queen made it unlikely that he was behind. Otherwise, it looks like he might've tried to snap off a C-bet and didn't believe your raise and tried to plow through. I've also seen AA or KK played like this, but that was from complete donks.
