JJACKSON123 0
50 max on party 3 handed Button - $65SB - $ 80 BB (Me) - $90 Button is only player we are worried about on this hand. No specific read, just generally a bad player. Id see him overplay a few hands and pay a big price for some weak draws. A 6 in the BB Button limps, SB limps, I check.... pot: $1.50 flop A :heart:6 4 SB checks, I bet $1, Button raises to 3, SB folds I raise to 9, Button calls, SB folds.... pot: $19.50 Turn 3 I bet $15, Button calls... pot $49.50 River 7 I bet $25.... River is the only street i had trouble with, obviously a straight card hit, but is a value bet ok? I figured I had three options, A.) bet half the potB.) pushC.) check, call anybetThanks in advance, good luck
augmented 0
standard bet here. if he raises.....well i just dont see him raising here. whats he gonna do that with? its quite unlikely he has a straight, what would he be doing with a 5, unless its A5 which it basically just isnt gonna be very often. i put him on an AT or something. let him call you down, you should win this pot most of the time. good bet. Zach6668 513
Any consideration into check/calling the river?Would this guy bluff/bet with more hands that he calls with?
krup24 0
I like a C/C on the river here. Gotta remember villian limped its hard to put him on a big A here especially 3 handed.
fckthis 0
C/C against an aggressive player. Not saying loose, but someone who might pop in a value bet here with an ace. It seems unlikely though, that checking here will induce a bluff, as it went 3bets on the flop. In this case, I do what you did, and bet the river.
JJACKSON123 0
Ya... the reason why I bet was because I was afraid that a hand like A-J,- A-8, 6-4 or something like that would check right behind me, i wasnt too afraid of a 5 or a set based on previous street play
