simo_8ball 1 Posted August 27, 2006 Share Posted August 27, 2006 I don't mind how you played this. Calling to see what he does on the turn isn't terrible here. The first bet can be a 6, Q, spade draw or a pair. Not many players will fire a second bet on the turn with a 6, a spade draw or a pair. Raising is standard, but calling is a cheap alternative. His minibet looks defensive to me, and with only one over to your pair and a draw on board I want more information on the hand.Turn K is one of those great second guessing cards, but I agree with the fold. there isnt much invested in the pot, you way well be behind, and lots of cards improve your hand and his at the same time, and you wont know it.
