CrackofmyACE 1 Posted August 25, 2006 Share Posted August 25, 2006 So I ran into a girl I used to date freshman year of college about three weeks ago at a bar in Boston and DAMn was she looking good. We haven't spoken in years and I learn that she went on to get her masters and she is now doing very well as an audiologist. Needless to say she has "developed" quite a bit physically and that hot little 18 year piece of *** that I used to drunk dial on weekends is now a beautiful woman....vuluptuous...charming .. the whole nine. A little history on yours truly. I had my heart broken into a trillion pieces almost 2 full years ago to date, and I've just recently broken out of my shell hit the dating scene full force again. Yea I know... 2 years to get back on the prowl is a while but I was pretty devastated. Worst experience of my life. Now don't get me wrong Ive been tossing it in your occasional cum dumpster over the last year or 2 but nothing serious by any stretch of the imagination. I'm ready to settle down again. So we exchange numbers at the bar that night and wind up talking on the phone and through email for a week or so, then agree that we need to get together again. I take her out to eat at a nice steakhouse in town... we polish off a bottle of red.. good laughs and conversation all night and things were looking good. No hookin up that night though... just dropped her off and did the whole overrated gentleman thing. After all, I'm into this chick so a little waiting never hurt anyone. We go out a couple more times over the next couple weeks casually (dinner once, a movie) and got a couple goodnight kisses but still no hook up. Everything was heading in the right direction.... then this week happened. We've been talking pretty much regularly on email during the work day and all of a sudden I dont hear from her for 2 full days this week. My intuition tells me something is wrong since it was a sudden break in the little rhythm we had going with the conversations. I just had that bad feeling that she was backing off because I was coming on pretty strong ya know. So I send her an email basically finding out what the deal is... expressed my position on being "led on" etc.... and I finally get a response today. Basically she just got out of a long relationship and "isn't looking for anything serious" right now... and even threw in the good old "lets just be friends" cliche. FAAAAAHHHKK. Now im pissed. I respond politely... .no problem, I understand, I respect that, yadda yadda yadda. So I drag *** through the work day, pretty bummed out because I thought I had something good brewing with her and just head home to play some poker and wallow in self pity. Around nine oclock tonight I get an IM from her... "so do you hate me".... Ugh. Now she has to kick me while I'm down. If I hear another break up cliche I'm going to throw up all over my laptop keyboard. "no, no its ok I told you I respect that. If youre not into me, youre not into me." ....... then out of NOWHERE... and mind you I have been the perfect gentleman the entire time we've been dating .... she's like "can't I just be your regular booty call for now like I was when we were 18?" ....... my jaw drops... ... huh? then she says "what are you doing tommorrow night... I have a bottle of pinot and a movie I want to bring over your place... I'll have my pj's, bunny slippers, and my hair in pigtails for you if you don't have any other plans" .....ummm... does a bear **** in the woods? so there ya have it... she wants the cahk with no strings attached... I misread my hand but smashed a 2 out set on the river for the chip lead... and I'm in great position to make a run at the final table now. HAHAHAHAHAHAH why is my life like this? The second I stop being the a.sshole I usually am and try to be nice she busts out with the sh.it I'm usually throwing at the ladies... my jaw was literally agape and I am not caught off guard easily...but her read on me was that I wanted "us" to be official before there was any crawling into each other's beds... WOW, remind me not to bother with that approach again... nice guys are p.ussiestommorrow night I'm going to eat box until throw up ... sorry if I offended any of you lady FCPers but I had to throw that out therefeel free to chime in on this one guys .. haha ..WOMEN! Most spammers are on AOL and many of their IPs have been banned. So when you connect using AOL and happen to pick up one of their IPs it will show as banned. This happened last week as well to another member and was a result of them using AOL.Let me know if you can reconnect and maybe get a different IP.
