Does anyone else agree with me that someone should kick it up a notch and make some new poker tv shows or even come up with a Poker channel because everything else on Tv is getting boring like the repeats a million times of the WSOP's? Making an actually poker channel I think would be a great idea and would recieve alot of attention and high ratings. I heard that in Britian a new poker channel was released. Why not the USA?
*new poker shows?

I know FSN is still showing the Turning Stones Casino which has been on like 4 million times. I think FSN is the worst, all it is the same reruns all the time!! The same episode of whatever tournament is on 10 times a week. I swear I have seen John D'Agostino vs. Phil Ivey 20 times.

Yes, a hefty % of the stuff is repeats... to you guys in the US. Old ESPN WSOP shows from 1998/1997 etc, USPC from 1999, 2001, Beyond the felt eps. but most of these have never been shown before in the UK.They also have some inovetive original shows such as Barney's Home Games. Barney Boatman (Hendon Mob) goes round to Joe Schmo's house for an evening and sits in the regular home game playing all sorts of odd-ball games. A back to your roots type of thing.Another is The Poker Godfather. where a pro sits on the shoulder of a regular guy while he plays an internet MTT offering advice and sugestions. Both are fun and informative.
Gotta Go
