Well, it's good to know that the WSOP on ESPN isn't a TV show. If I didn't look carefully enough, I'd be liable to think it was a boat, or maybe a curling iron. or an autographed fax from Alan Greenspan. Whew.
The tears are like beef marinade, you can't really appreciate a good hunk of cow unless you know it died horribly.

I just saw the other games from last year a few weeks ago. They replay 04, 05 ME all the time, but what about the events? One episode for HORSE, that's brutal. Its 6 games and they only get one episode?

Ever since the WSOP made the HORSE final table NLH, ESPN has said they will only be televising the final table for TV. However that is very lame that HORSE is only 1 episode, it should be 2 at the very least especially since all the big names are in it. Harrah's and ESPN has really managed to screw up the WSOP in soo many ways.

why do you care what they air first or second? I think the other events must have gotten poorer ratings than the hold'em event in previous years, that really sucks, but it is what it is.

ok ok..what i meant the people in RIO and WSOP seemed more into making it made for TV WSOP the the real poker that it is!
like it takes them 1 min to flip over the turn and river so the camera's can get in place!!
it all seems so staged !
and who the fuck asked you anyways

Wow they're gonna fit all 4 groups of Day 1 into two episodes? How many episodes does ESPN plan on making the Main Event this year? Last year it was 12 episodes. I'm guessing 14 or 16 episodes this year?

I actually have no idea what days are being aired tonight....I was just saying I was looking forward to seeing what a madhouse it was. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the ME coverage is 6 weeks. 2 episodes each week would give us 12, same as 2005.
