jjgoldy5 0
FullTilt 12k Guarantee ..774 buy-in ~140 left, top 72 pay..typical payouts where the final table sees a huge % of the payouts.I have about 5600, Blinds are 150/300 with 25 ante so our effective M is <10.2 limpers to me on the button, one who has been extremely aggro. Hero contemplates pushing but smooth calls with QJo. Small blind calls, BB checks. 1725 in the pot PF.Flop is 10 9 5 rainbow.Check, Check, EP limper bets 1200, Aggro MP limper calls. I push?Thoughts? I have 2 overs and an OESD. Not much fold equity, but smooth calling makes no sense to me here. I leave myself too short and am committed to seeing the river anyways so I pushed. Seemed like push / fold for sure. Push>Fold?
Actuary 3
nh.pushing may open some outs as well.flat calling leaves you susceptable to c/r from blinds, as well.maximize your chance to win the pot which is at least = to your stack now.
subsin 0
mmmm, i dont like putting my tourney life on a draw but if ur looking to make FT, you may have to make some gambles and this may be it, if u get 2-3 callers and hit ur in good stack size
gobears 0
I like the push hereGives you some fold equity - might get something like K10 or Q10 to foldYou're going to need some chips to make the FT; good time to gamble
fckthis 0
Meh, I get it in here too. I hate situations like this, where you're likely going to be called, and you're likely to be behind, flipping a coin for your tourney life. But o well...GAMBOOOOL

But o well...GAMBOOOOLEh...I hated pushing, but I did.Hoping to have most if not all of my cards live.3 Q's, 3 J's, 4 K's, 4 8's..for 14 total outs (56% of hitting)Small blind came over the top of my all in with 10 9o, original bettor folded, MP limper called with K9o (wtf?)So I was drawing to 7 outs...which I was still getting the odds to draw to with almost 18k in the main pot... though I could have probably gotten my money in better
copernicus 0
I had pretty much the same situation in a $22R satellite, after the rebuy period, but with a 2 overs and a flush draw. I decided to push. The potential of the stack that results from beating two callers seemed too good to ignore. I hit the flush and went on to qualify.
WowThats 0
Before I commit all my chips I would have monitoring how fast player are going out, chips counts of all the players in the tournament. With 5600 left you have 4 more orbits that may present itself with a better opportunity "gamboooool".Personally I do not like risking all my chips on a draw... sure they pay off when they hit, when you have to leave everyone is calling you a donkey. Nothing wrong with drawing even for all your chips if the situation is right.

iggymcfly 0
I don't see much point in pushing here. We're not getting two folds, and as long as we're drawing, we'd rather play multiway than heads-up. I'd smooth-call and reevaluate on the turn.

I'd smooth-call and reevaluate on the turn.we have 4100 pot is 4100.blinds are 150/300.140 left 70 pay.we have oesd and two overs in a multiway pot.we are essentiall committed to calling practically all our chips on the turn, anyway.Pushing ensures we are not moved off the hand. I think we need to gamble here. It also may clean some outs upimo, not close
