17-21ish depending on the table and my mood

depends on the type of table a LOT. at tables that are very bad postflop and there's not a lot of preflop raising, my VPIP gets to about 25%. the default, though, is around 15-17%.

If there are two things LHE players like, they are weed and pornography. The third would be kittens. LHE does not appear on the list.

You guys are missing out on a lot of profitable hands if you're playing low limit. When I play low limit I'm around 28%-30%.

It depends. I play any A2, any AA, most A3's, any 4 above a 9, KK32, QQ32, and 2345+maybe 2346.
In late position I add: 234x, KQ32, A45x, and AK4x.
Then if it's folded to me 5-6 handed or so I'll add some more.
A4 hands are tough to play so if I'm going to play them I more often than not want to have position my my opponents. Sometimes I'll play the 23 hands UTG depending on the table. In a much tougher game I'll play much fewer hands in EP and try and isolate in position. However, it's rare to find a game like this, even in 30-60 online these days.

That doesn't sound like 30%. How many hands are in your database?

I don't have Pokertracker. I'm going by my flops seen % on Party Poker. It's constantly in the upper 20's and low 30's. Is this VIP?

Your starting hand selection looks fine.
Why not get the demo version of PT? It works for 1000 hands.
