There are a ton of hands he could have to make this play, including club draws, a big Jack and sets. (Two pair isnt too likely). See the turn, if its a blank bet it again, on the smallish side, but pricing out another possible draw. If he comes back at you again Id give it up. Its never fun getting Aces cracked, its bound to cost a lot of chips, but you can minimize the damage without rolling over. If he buys the hand with flop and turn bluffs, so be it...everyone gets outplayed now and then!
Willenation 0
Absent a read, I move in here. The min raise stinks of wanting a free card - otherwise, it's a pretty ridiculous move on his part. With the pot at its current size, you're both probably getting most/all of your stacks in by the river anyway, so it's better to just put it all in here and price out his draws. It should also be known that somehow I manage to consistently suck post-rebuy period in rebuys. I also dont agree that the pot is so large that most of the money is going in. You can price out draws without committing most of your stack with a bet that only be called when youre beaten.I think pushing is way overplaying As with this big a stack. Actuary 3
Because if I make a mistake Actuary would skewer me! .This would be tough for me to play. Can you take me thru specific bet amounts and various scenarios. My own thoughts start to get muddy when i consider the chance he min-raises me, or how I handle a blank river/club river, and if I bet enough on turn to not give immediate or implied odds (assuming I'd call some amount even on a club river) how do I not get too committed.Bet 15-20k on turn ?Take another Min raise as super strength and fold a 100k pot when villain would have < 20-30k left ?If we bet too small we are more likely to get raised by hands worse than ours. Although, I know donking the turn tends to slow down all but the strongest hands.Say he flat calls turn, then put out 1/5 pot bet on a blank river and fold to a big raise?Same for club river ?thanks! gadjet 11
If you have the A of clubs it changes things a little, but I push the pot, the only hand he hits that he's ahead with is a set, It could fit into a range of other hands, leaving you the favorite in almost every situation... he's more than likely just playing position... and it's weak to give up this pot to any min raise...
