Partypoker Rakeback?

i saw somewhere that it under the partypoker rakeback area (where the other site put a %) it said snowball. what does this mean?

it means a male recieves oral sex then has his semen spit back in his mouth by the willing partner
I opened up a container of yogurt, and under the lid it said "Please Try Again," because apparently they were having a contest I was unaware of. But I thought I might have opened the yogurt wrong. Or maybe Yoplait was trying to inspire me — "C'mon, Mitchell, don't give up. Please try again. A message of inspiration from your friends at Yoplait — Fruit on the bottom, hope on top."

I know rake the rake has a snowball scheme which is a freeroll tourney each month where the prize money grows each time when more people participate. Not sure what requirements are needed to qualify each month.
