Best quote: "To Coulter, biologists are folks who, when not playing with test tubes or warping children's minds, encourage people to have sex with dogs. (I am not making this up.)"
Life is like a game of cards. The hand that is dealt you is determinism; the way you play it is free will.

The best answer to that question I've heard - is I don't want to be a victim of our foreign policy.

I think there is a weekly award like that on a radio show...and she did win it a few times.

I've long been somewhat ambivalent about Ann Coulter. I think she makes some funny points, and I like hearing her take on things, even if I don't always agree with it.
After this book came out my respect for her dropped a lot. I've read Origin of Species and consider myself reasonably well versed in the Evolution vs. ID non-debate.
My opinion of her went from "somewhat extreme right wing columnist" to "hopeless religious fanatic who dangerously puts her faith and beliefs ahead of her politics and (more importantly,) Reason."
Such people are dangerous.

I can't help but find MM likable as a person.
When I say the following, don't think I'm just saying it to say he's a propagandist; I think even some his fans will admit this-- but: he's really good at making points without them holding a lot of truth. While watching one of his movies, even if I know that it's bull, I half-believe him. He'd be so awesome if he'd stay out of politics.

Yea yea yea, he's a big fluffy teddy bear. Problem is he is full of **** 99.99999% of the time. I just get tired of people who believe his ideas without questioning them.
