Typical $5 sng, crazy play at the end. What do you think?

looks like villain has an overpair, setted up, or has AK-A10 diamonds, or KQ diamonds.

since no play was after the flop, i'll comment on the post and preflop.

preflop, I don't mind seeing a flop with AJos here. Villain is the shortstack, which might make him more desperate to pick up the blinds or take the pot down on the flop.

Flop, Nothing wrong really, if you're beat, you're beat, but against a short stack, I think that TPTK is good here more often than it isn't.

flop bet is good, and it's an obviously insta-call when he pushes.

Given the fact that you are in sitngo nirvana with a huge stack, abuse him. The risk of ruin is high for him. I would have made a reraise to put him all in preflop. Dont push, because you have a player behind you who can cripple you. Actually, moving all in isnt a bad play at all because the big stack behind you cannot mathematically call unless he has QQ or better, he would be risking cashing with a small stack still remaining whos on the verge of busting. I say push here. create maximum fold equity. I know its crazy but you can push all in 4 handed here with any 2 almost because the other two stack cant afford to bust when there is a short stack still remaining. They are waiting for him to bust. Kablow, all in.
Jeff Madsen doesn't move all in, he teleports all in

I should change this.

Make it 1000 preflop, fold to a BB push.

Villain had QQ, though I still took down the sng. Also, thank you all for the analysis.
