I call. We're ahead often enough here, since we only have to be good about 1/11.5 times, he could have AJ or just some random ace that thinks he's chopping, or just a random bluff more than it is a flush or full house, IMO.

Yeah, even though I hate the raise, I definitely had no intentions of folding. I guess my "Hero (has no idea what to do)" comment was a bit misleading. But I didn't want to add any influence at first.I'm really more concerned with the whether I should call or raise.I agree AJ, AK, etc. is much more probably than a flush or full house. And with 11.5:1 odds, I'll take the risk.Any one think there is value in raising??PS Thanks for the turn "props", verdimme. I love to pull a little stop-and-go against agressive players. And as a side benifit against more observant players, you may earn a free river card in another hand when a flop semi-bluff lead bet gets raised and you call (by no means a reason to do it most will not notice, but a nice side effect... it has happened). You just have to be careful that you don't give away a free river card with less aggressive players. I don't see any reason to reraise the river. If you do however, decide to reraise the river, I think you have to fold to a cap.

Well.... I don't know that if he caps I have to fold. He is probably not going to give me credit for the flush the way I played it. So, he doesn't to have to flush to cap. Did he hit trip jacks and not 3-bet the turn? he may only have two pair. I don't know.... but that is the biggest reason I didn't want to raise the river. I could be forced into a very, very tough desision and possibly get bluffed off the hand or cost myself 3 more BB instead of just one more BB to show down.I really wanted to raise this river, but didn't like the possible (or should I say probable) conciquences.... so I did only call.Glad to hear everyone agrees with the call so far.
