I like calling on the flop; however, I don't like the big bet on the turn because he has both top pair and a flush draw. Why frighten smaller flush draws and non-kings? I would prefer a smaller bet that screams pot-building, along the lines of $10,000. Now I like the big bet on the river in case the flush misses, so Mizrachi might put him on a bluff.(as it was, Mizrachi had 10-10 and SB A-3 and were probably folding no matter what)

I don't think Laak has to make quite this big of a turn bet, but he does need to put some decent number in there. With two opponents, four to a straight or an ace on the river could easily lose the hand for him.By my count, he's got ~14 golden cards and ~18 that could put his hand in jeopardy.

bet on turn scares away an Ax flush draw so it covers himself.

I think the thing to keep in mind here is the LAAK was scared money here and because of that, he was often types betting very large amounts into pots w/ strong marginal hands and no redraws. So I don't mind him betting this because it would show that everytime he bets rather large, it's not always w/ the intention of reraise/folding.
