Any Suggestions For Good 5/10 Limit Games In Vegas?

Recommended Posts

We're moving to Vegas. My wife and I both are above-average card players and have built small bankrolls into enough to play 5/10 limit and stomach the swings.(FYI, we built it playing NL, 1/2 blinds but we feel the swings are too high in NL if we're out to supplement our income). We are each going to play 20 hours/week and are confident we'll reach the 2.5 BB "standard" in the long run. We're looking for a good room, preferrably with auto-shufflers (if we only have 20hours/week, we want as many hands as possible). A good mix of fishy tourists will be what we're looking for. We also believe that in order to play a profitable 5/10 limit game, there has to be a smaller game also in the room (3/6 or something). So, we need:1. A 5/10 game that is always going (or most of the time).2. In a room that has a smaller game (3/6 or 4/8) running also.3. Auto shufflersSo, where to look?

i was in vegas last december, played 4-8limit, there was only 5-10nl..not sure about the autoshufflers but, MGM grand was juicy, WYNN was also, seen lots of ppl buy in for like 400, then splash around in every pot untill i had almost all the chips... those about the only places i played, well BELLAGIO were better players but its low limit so as far as better goes , may jsut more predictable.

i think only one caasino in all of vegas offers a 5-10 game and thats the aladdin.other then that it 3-6, 4-8, 6-12, 8-16 and then 15-30 and so on.5-10 is mostly played in canadian casino's and a few indian casino's.

Hmm, it's also played at most of the boats around Chicago, and I think at Caesar's Indiana... and at least 2 of the casinos in Detroit. :)Either way, 4/8 will work. I also found some listing for 6/12.

All Atlantic City casinos have 5/10, also!!!As usual, Marchione is acting like an expert and he doesn't have the whole picture!
OP was asking about Vegas, not Atlantic City.. and Marchione answered his question about Vegas and 5/10 rooms.
