You played it fine, the turn cap means he's got you and the river helps you against most of his hands so a call there is varanted.

4-handed with no read, villian could have anything. A turn check raise always makes me nervous. I would say he has 2 pair, trips, flush draw, or a strong king. Two pair and trips have us almost dead. True this is less likely than a strong king or a flush draw. We'll say 45% of the time (much higher than statistical chance due to the strength shown) And you have about a 10% chance to hit. But even more of a problem is the fact that if you make two pair, you don't know if that two pair improved your opponent to a full house or not. So, I would decrease you odds of winning against these hands to about 7.5%.Against a flush draw or a strong king, 55% of the time, you are about an 85% favorite.So, at the turn c/r, I would call this about 50/50. The problem is, when you do take down the pot, you are not going to win as much as you will lose when your opponent takes down the port, especially when you 3-bet (i.e. opponent is ahead, it will usually be capped. Opponent is behind, it will usually just be called). So, I don't know if I would 3-bet the turn. I think I would probably just call.And I would probably only call the river too. Yes, you made two pair to beat an oppoenents possible two pair.... or did you? He check raised the turn when the 3 fell. So, perhaps he check/raised K3.... don't know... you made two pair, but he could have filled up. And again, when you are behind, you are going to get re-raised. When you are ahead, you will probably only get called. So, I would again, probably just call.Also... with no read from a player at a 10/20 SHLHE table, I would probably give him at least a little credit until proven otherwise. I think the chances of him slowplaying top pair are relatively low. (I would have check-raised top pair or two pair on the flop against a 3-bet due to the vulnerability, and be more inclided to check/raise better than two-pair on the turn.) So, I think we are actually probably behind even more than my evaluation above gives credit to.But I'm a wuss..... so take it for what it's worth....
