Easy fold. You're usually beat on the first raise. Two, and you're ****ed.

I hate folding the rare overpair.

That's the most worrisome part of this post to me. I used to get too attached to big pairs and not fold them then write those losses off as impossible hands to get away from played badly by the other donks at the table. This is -EV. Don't get attached.
