rogerwilco 0
Low-Limit 45-player sngI guess this is a very trivial hand, but I couldn't figure out what the correct play is in this situation, so please give me some insight.PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)CO (t2265)Button (t2655)SB (t4605)Hero (t2605)UTG (t2630)MP1 (t1330)MP2 (t430)Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A. UTG calls t50, 3 folds, Button raises to t2655, [snip]I had seen villain call all-ins with mediocre hands (and mostly win), but no real aggressive moves, and nothing fancy like this. What kind of hand makes a play like that in a sng with lots of donks?I don't mind a coinflip, but is this a coinflip or am I faced with KK/AA? shpaget 0
In this setting, I've seen the play with Q8....I call every time in this tourney.
Actuary 3
with no overlay, I fold
monix 0
I usually expect this kind of play from someone who has a mid-pocket pair, say 88 to JJ and they are afraid to play post-flop. If that is the case, you are a small underdog without the pot odds to call.If you expand the range to include any pocket pair, you are a bigger underdog. As shpaget says it could be almost any 2 cards, in which case you are a big favorite. However, I tend to give my opponents more credit than I should, and I fold this hand…
Royal_Tour 0
you;re up against a PP.only hand making this move that u wont lose to is another AK.more than likely its a PP and you're either racing, or completely dominated by KK or AA
