I haven't seen the second one you mentioned, but I have viewed the poker tells video. I liked a lot of it, and tried to use those tells when I had a monster so it would look like I was bluffing, with limited success. I wouldn't spend money on that video, but if it was free for viewing, I would recommend it for the beginner.
