pf I bet a bit more, like $5; low limits you get a lot of callers, and there's already a limper in front.on the flop I raise it up to see what's going on. Your overpair is probably good. However if villain calls or raises then we know that we're up against a legitimate holding, A-7 or 5-5 or maybe a straight flush draw. And when he leads out on the turn, we can muck so long as he doesn't bet something stupid like $3.

Yeah. It may be a sign that you're playing out of your bankroll. If you're unwilling to raise simply because you don't want to commit more money to what could be a losing hand, then you may need to go down in limits.

This is true to an extent.As far as the hand goes, I would have raised to $4-5 preflop. As far as the flop goes, I definitely raise the flop, I'd pop it to anywhere from $10-14 to see where I am... A read on the opponent would definitely help in making any decision.call down rest of hand unless he pushes???

YEah, I would raise this flop to see where I am. Raise about the size of the pot and most likely you take it down. If you get resistance you probably save yourself some money by not having to call the turn and river. Without raising the flop you have absolutely no idea where you stand in the hand.
