CobaltBlue 662
Bellagio 15/30 LHE (9-handed)Cobalt is CO w/ 9 9 . I'm viewed as somewhat tight. Opponents are mostly loose-passive.Pre-flop:2 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, MP3 calls, Cobalt raises, 1 fold, SB calls, BB calls, MP1 calls, MP3 callsFlop (10 SB): T 9 8 (5 players)4 checks, Cobalt bets, SB calls, 1 fold, MP1 calls, 1 foldTurn (6.5 BB): 5 (3 players)2 checks, Cobalt checksRiver (6.5 BB): 4 (3 players)2 checks, Cobalt checksFinal Pot: 6.5 BBWho said sets are easy to play? Not this session anyway. Part of me wants to bet the turn/river, but I honestly thought that one of them had to have a diamond and would not call me without one.
Zach6668 513
Any chance you fold a small/medium diamond with a bet?

Abbaddabba 0
As long as they arent fond of checkraising turns, you should bet the turn i think.

CobaltBlue 662
As long as they arent fond of checkraising turns, you should bet the turn i think. At this point in the session, I'm feeling a little beat down and gun-shy. I probably irrationally thought the likelihood of a check-raise was extremely high. I decided that I'd fish for my house for free and consider calling a bet on the river. For the sake of results, I ended up winning the pot. Think each player had some sort of trash pairs. roadhawg 0
i might have bet the turn to see if anyone did have a diamond, because they most likely wouldn't call without one. but then again you might just want to check here and call the river. it really depends.and from the way it sounds these guys dont seem smart enough to raise you with nothing.
