Moneyball16 0
Fold preflop unless table is quite loose. No one here plays AA like this.
BudBundy 0
Fold preflop unless table is quite loose. No one here plays AA like this. Why fold?If table is loose its profitable. If table is tight i go for the blinds with the PF raise.
Moneyball16 0
Why fold?If table is loose its profitable. If table is tight i go for the blinds with the PF raise. Its just not a very good hand utg. Given that you dont seem to have a read on the table I say its a fold, but like I said if the table is quite loose I would limp too and raising may be correct if the table is tight enough, but at micro limits it probably isnt. Zach6668 513
Raising preflop blows. If you are going to play, and the table is loose enough, limp it. Fold it more often though.
roadhawg 0
i dont like the raise UTG with only an A8 suited. i would fold that but if you really wanted to play jsut limp in and see how the rest of the action goes. when you raise with a hand like this most of the times the hands that would limp and pay you off when you flop somehting good are folding and the better hands are calling so unless you get that perfect flop you are just losing more. the guy played AA very wierd and most people dont play it like that. i would have raised the river because i would have figured my hand was best or at worst it was a chop. it just didnt seem like the guy had an overpair.again if you want to improve your game go get small stakes hold'em by david sklansky and ed miller
Actuary 3
Limp in passive & loose games. Fold in tight or aggressive games.Raising from UTG to steal blinds in 10 Full, is dreaming.I have no problem with the Villains play of AA post flop.My guess is you have an aggressive image and he *knows* you'll bet the riverI don't see much point in not raising preflop with the AA though. To disguise his AA, he should 3-bet 88 there, occasionally
