Simpsons legacy is by far more powerful.Not to degrade FG because it is simply one of the best.. but not "The best show ever".M*A*S*H, Cheers, ER, West Wing, Sopranos, Dallas, The Twilight Zone, Star Trek, and NYPD Blue, just to name a few. I like it better than simpsons, although the staying power and comedy of simpsons over such a long span (for tv) is incredible.My number one comedy show would be Seinfeld. By far.
