This particular file was off the web, but I was doing it because I wanted to post a screen shot of my pokertracker stats from my hard drive. In order to do this, you will need to have web space. I assume that you already know how to do it once you have uploaded it to the web, but just in case...just enclose the URL in image tags in the body of your post, like sowww.website.com/image.jpg[closing image tag here]
