It was 45:1. Then after some people began to place bets, they moved it to 40:1. Then after everyone heard about it, they cancelled the bets completely and changed the line to 4.5:1 Link to post Share on other sites
grocery_mony 9 Posted July 16, 2006 Share Posted July 16, 2006 such bs. if you bet on the line at 40-1 or even 45-1 they should honor that action. if they made a mistake they could then move line to what ever they wanted but if they took action at a line they f'd up on thats there problem. the line moving from 45-1 to 40-1 proves that it was a line they put up and not a data entry issue. if a sportsbook and nevada did something like this the gaming control board would shut them down.
