I would check. If he is on a flush or a straight draw, he won't call your bet, and your ace high would hold up at the showdown anyway. He has called you down all the way so far, so there is no reason to think he will fold to a bet now if he has made a hand. If you bet, and get called or raised, you are beat, and just throwing money away.

From CardPlayer.com today...A $30-$60 game. You are on the button holding the A
-T
and open with a raise. Only the big blind calls. There is $140 in the pot and two players. The flop comes: 9
-8
-3
, giving you the nut flush-draw and two overcards. The big blind bets. You raise and he calls. There is $260 in the pot. The turn is the 4
. He checks. You bet and he calls. There is $380 in the pot. The river is the 3
, pairing the board. He checks. What do you do? The answer...Check. A bet may get ace-queen or ace-jack to fold, but he is unlikely to have such a hand. Nearly any other hand that beats yours will call. On rare occasions, you will be exposing yourself to a check-raise bluff by a tricky player who has a busted draw. A ten is a big enough kicker for you to show down an ace. You been plagarising?

Check definately. If he has a busted straight draw or flush draw he won't call. The only way you will get a call is if you're beat. Don't waste money. If he's like most of the 1/2 players he'll call all the way down with top or mid-pair so you're likely to just be wasting your money with a bet on the river.
