what exactly is going on with virtual exchange and FCP ? i called again asking for confirmation of my last withdrawal and the rep gives me some spiel about how every time i withdraw a new account is created in their database saying apparently i have three accounts with them so its hard to track my transactions - wtf ? i haven;t even made 3 withdrawals ..that makes no sense.
Then she tells me my last withdraw has been processed (it would not have been had i not called last week and gotten them to unfreeze it) by check - even though my last cashout went to firepay - even though i have not received any notification e mail saying it was processed. She suggested i check my junk mail folder to which i replied that friggin virtual exchange cashier is on my safe list and wouldn't go to my junk mail folder to which she told me again that it was sent and then i abruptly ended our phone conversation
Why is this by check when my last withdraw through them went to firepay ? Grrr ...not cool.
i really don't want to have to go through this BS every time i withdraw...this is getting ridiculous.

Hi Bob, could you please also send me the same PM so I know if there something I need to do for future withdrawals? The most recent request I made was on June 16th and Virtual Exchange didn't clear to Firepay until July 5th (after 2 phone calls and 2 e-mails and this was after an initial request back in May took 2 weeks to clear). They also similarly mentioned that the delay was due to me having 2 accounts which made no sense to me. Thanks for your time!
